Veranda Partners LLC is a member of the affiliated companies of Group Four Affiliated. Group Four Affiliated is an Orlando based, privately-held real estate development firm focused on bringing “quality of life” mixed-use projects to realization through the design principles of New Urbanism. New Urbanism is a set of urban design principles that became a movement in the 1980’s and 1990’s in response to the urban sprawl that began in the 1950’s. New Urbanist neighborhoods are walkable, contain a diverse range of housing and jobs, feature numerous community gathering areas, and promote appropriate architecture within the development. Kevin H. Azzouz

Mr. Azzouz is the managing partner and is closely involved in the design and delivery of each place created through the efforts of Group Four Affiliated. His background includes more than a decade of experience within the executive ranks of publicly held technology companies such as Seagate, Arcada and Primix Solutions. As a founding member of Group Four Affiliated, Mr. Azzouz has been directly involved in each of the projects undertaken over the past ten years.

Joseph W. Seebach

With over ten years experience within Group Four Affiliated, Mr. Seebach has previously been the senior executive in charge of business development relationships within each Group Four Affiliated affiliate company. Mr. Seebach is currently the senior partner responsible for all customer relationships including retail sales and leasing, residential sales and office condominium sales and leasing.

Lennart Mengwall

Mr. Mengwall dedicated the first two decades of his career to IBM Europe. After leaving IBM in 1984, Mr. Mengwall developed early stage venture capital for technology start-up companies. As co-founder of Group Four Affiliated, he is the managing partner responsible for strategies and acquisitions.
